To our new and prospective buyers, we provide marketing
samples with indicative price as per their request. We also maintain
regular correspondence with our existing buyers about their requirements
and make available development samples as well as offer the best prices
for their ordered garment quantity. We make sure our existing buyers
get their allocated production blocks or space. All replenishment orders
for our existing buyers are ensured.
Order Confirmation:[^TOP]
Price and delivery terms are negotiated with the buyer
and before orders are confirmed.
Sample submission:[^TOP]
Design styles, artwork, sketches and/or all necessary
paper specifications, detailing the samples are a requirement from our
buyers. All samples after preparation are sent to buyers for comments.
Frequent correspondence with buyer for required changes to the samples
and collection of buyer's final comments and approval are carried through.
Fabric test / Approval:[^TOP]
After the production of fabric, we ensure the sending
of the fabric to our buyers and correspond for buyers test reports and
approval. Only once the buyer has supplied us their comments on samples
and on the fabric test reports and after all approval are final from
buyer, then only we start bulk production.
Trim cards & packaging approval:[^TOP]
We prepare work order of trims, accessories and packaging materials
in advance considering the lead-time prior to the garments production.
All designs are worked out from the sketches of the artworks, printing
artwork and design sample description. Finally an approval is received
from the buyers.
Shipment:[^TOP]
On the basis of final shipping date, we select the shipping
mode as per buyer’s acceptance. All related booking information
followed by a final inspection schedule a shipping line book is booked.
Finally after the collection of shipping order and details we start
the loading of the garments.
